Introduction
All sales of goods by Rok International Industry Co Limited (ROKTOOLS ) to its customers (“Buyer”) are subject to and conditioned upon Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”). The Buyer’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions shall be conclusively presumed from Buyer’s failure to promptly object in writing and/or from Buyer’s order for such goods.
1. Orders:
All order must be approved by roktools under the law, ROKTOOLS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order without liability. ROKTOOLS accept orders only for customers reachable by courier or post. and reject any order to the remote area or island.
All International order will be shipped within 72 hours due to customs process. Any emergent will not be processed and rejected.
2. Price:
All price listed is based on US dollar. Prices shall be the prices in effect at the time the Buyer places the order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, prices listed do not include buyers tax and import duties, or sales, use, excise or any other taxes or governmental fees, impositions or assessments., all of which shall also be billed to and be paid by Buyer. Any increases or additions in the foregoing charges imposed by law, regulation or governmental action following Seller’s quotation or confirmation of prices shall also be paid by Buyer.
3.Duty and VAT Tax
Buyer MUST pay his/her own country Duty and VAT Tax, if any. We do not accept any claims when Customer delay or refuse to pay the duty. Or We do not Assume responsibility related to refusal of duty and VAT tax imposed by destination countries. When products are sent back to our shop. Customers should pay returning and resending cost, And We do not accept any claims when customs destroy the parcel due to refusal for pay the tariff or tax.
4. Products Updating or Change
We may, at any time, modify, update, upgrade, enhance, replace, or discontinue any Product (including any features, functions, components, technical specifications, or compatibility requirements), We may make changes without notice in advance, including picture, package, etc.
